At Twenty Bakehouse, we take pride in baking fresh, high-quality custom cakes made to your specifications. Since each order is uniquely crafted, we have the following refund policy in place:

1. Order Cancellations

  • 50% refund (in-store credits) will be issued if the cake is cancelled 1 month before the date is due.
  • There will be no refund for cancellation notice less than 1 month of delivery/ pickup.
  • All refunds are in the form of in-store credit to be used at a future date. There will be no cash refunds.

2. Refund Eligibility

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after the order has been placed.
  • Incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g., wrong date, address, or design specifications).
  • Mishandling by customer once cake has been delivered/ picked up.
  • Minor variations in design, as all cakes are handcrafted and may differ slightly from reference images.

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • If the cake is damaged upon delivery (please provide photos immediately upon receipt).
  • If the order was not fulfilled as agreed due to our error.

3. Delivery Issues

  • We ensure careful handling, but once the cake is delivered and accepted, we are not responsible for any damage caused by improper storage or handling by the customer.
  • If a delivery delay occurs due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and work to find a resolution.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, in-store credits will be added to your account to be used at a future date.
